Flarum CV Admin Settings CDN Option Patch

This patch was modified at the request of a member of the group, based on the approach used by FlarumChina (please reply to this post if there is any infringement).

Purpose: Adds a CDN URL option to the Basic Settings page in the admin panel for you to fill in, making it convenient to host JS and CSS on a CDN.

Fresh Installation

After downloading CV 0.7.4, place the patch ZIP file inside it, extract and overwrite the files, then package and upload it to proceed with the Flarum installation steps.

Upgrade Installation

Upload the archive to the root directory, extract and overwrite the files, then thoroughly clear all caches. Delete all files with the css, js, and json extensions in the assets/ folder, and delete all contents of the cache, locale, and views folders inside the storage/ folder.
