The Hectic End of My Second Year of High School Is Just the Beginning of the Busy Third Year

Vacation

Five days ago, on the afternoon of the 11th, after finishing the last subject, biology, I put on my back all sorts of miscellaneous belongings and left Dormitory 804, where I had lived for a year (the lower bunk in the middle on the left was mine).

Today is the fifth day of vacation, and it finally hasn't rained. Since vacation started on the 12th, there has been a downpour every day. I was woken up by my alarm at six in the morning. I had planned to go running in the plaza, but the clear sound of rain outside the window interrupted me.

It's been four days, and I was on the verge of breaking down. When I opened my eyes this morning, I suddenly saw a beam of sunlight, which startled me awake. So I got up, washed and brushed my teeth, got dressed, and went out. I ran for about half an hour, and it felt incredibly refreshing. Since vacation began, it had been a long time since I had breathed the air outside.

Starting tomorrow, if it doesn't rain, I'll walk 10,000 steps every day. WeChat Sports can be my witness!

The summer vacation between my second and third years of high school is the shortest one, lasting only 19 days—it will pass in the blink of an eye. So I need to make good use of my time, study, and exercise. I have to hold myself to strict standards and not waste a single second (and try to develop an eight-pack before school starts).

Second Year of High School

Not long ago, I had my last physical education class, my last computer class, my last art class, my last morning exercise, and my last time cleaning the common areas. None of these things exist in the third year of high school at my school. Life in the third year is very depressing; apart from studying, there is nothing else......

In my second year of high school, I could still often play games and watch TV dramas. None of these fun things can be touched in the third year. In the third year, there are no vacations and no entertainment; even the slightest thought of wanting to have fun is sinful. I hope I can endure it.

Proficiency Test

My result was BBC, which exceeded my expectations. I had originally thought that getting CCD would be good enough. Overall, I am very satisfied and haven't let my efforts go to waste.

Afterward, I worked through around 780 questions. Although I didn't take first place on the leaderboard (because the person in first place may also have been working hard on the questions), I did work hard too.

I am very satisfied with the result BBC.

Final Exams

The scores also came out today, in the afternoon, and the WeChat group chat immediately exploded. I checked my score too: 240 points, which didn't reach my original goal.

I don't know what else to say. I'll just keep working hard.
