Finally, It’s Time to Say Goodbye to the Wonderful Three Years of High School

The End

Finishing the last English exam meant that the more than three hundred arduous days of senior year, and the long three years of high school, had finally come to an end, drawing to a close.

Walking out of the exam room, an inexplicable sense of loss welled up in my chest. It seemed that I was unwilling to leave just like that, to let it end just like that.

I saw my deskmate under the teaching building and forced a smile as I said, “It’s vacation.” Yet there was a bitter feeling, because after this, I would never again sit in the classroom with my deskmate to study, play multiplayer games, and chat about everything under the sun.

When I returned to the dormitory, everyone was packing their luggage. Some were leaving, and some had already scattered. The dorm leader wrote all our names on the wallpaper on the wall, and I also wrote a sentence: Goodbye, my 708.

That’s enough for now. I’ll take a rest first.
